Brian serves as the Branch Manager and Underwriting Counsel of the Lockport, NY office of Chicago Title Insurance. He joined the Company in 2014 as an underwriter in the Buffalo, NY office, and moved into his new position at the Lockport, NY office in 2018. On a daily basis, Brian works with attorneys, lenders, developers and other real estate professionals to assist with closing real estate transactions. This may include underwriting a file to prepare a title commitment, reviewing a file to issue a proforma or policy; closing of the escrow for a commercial transaction; or just providing general insight on an issue, and how the best way to proceed would be.
Brian graduated from the University at Buffalo in 2008 with a B.A. in History and Social Sciences, and then received his Law Degree from the University at Buffalo Law School in 2012. Brian is a native of West Seneca, NY, and enjoys being active outside and spending quality time with his family.
