John was the former manager and senior underwriting counsel of the Buffalo Direct and Agency Offices of Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company before it became part of the Fidelity National Title Group in 2009. Prior to entering the title insurance industry he was a partner in some of the largest law firms in Buffalo, working extensively in their real estate departments and as an independent title insurance agent. He has a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of commercial and residential real estate law and has spoken at numerous CLE seminars on related topics for both the New York State and Erie County Bar Associations.
John graduated from Canisius College and received his Juris Doctorate from the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School. As a lifetime resident of Buffalo he enjoys being part of the resurgence that Western New York is experiencing and imparting whatever pearls of wisdom he can give to the customers of Chicago Title and his fellow colleagues.
